Resorts World Genting – Genting SkyWorlds Hotel

This hotel is beautiful and very comfortable overall. I was assigned a room with a balcony overlooking the quiet and peaceful hills. However, this hotel does not have a designated parking space as normal, so, guests are free to park in any other parking lot with a maximum fee of RM11 (weekdays; I'm not sure about weekends though). If you decide not to drop off your bags at the lobby first, you will need to be ready for a long trip carrying your luggages from carpark to the hotel (I parked at Resort Hotel carpark as it has a bridge connecting to SkyWorlds Hotel). In addition, I was given a room in Valley Wing, which is the wing across from the lobby building, so the layout of the hotel is a little complicated, particularly from the lobby to the room. From the lobby (Level 1), I must therefore ascend to Level 3 and then cross an "offset connections" to reach Valley Wing (Level 7). In any case, the personnel is incredibly welcoming and eager to assist visitors, especially when it comes to check-in. This hotel is worth the money because it's quite comfy. Without a doubt, I'll return.

Rooms was spacious.. Rest Room are clean.. cooling room even though no air conditioning.. great stay!

booking comes with return cable tickets for 4 pax but i was unable to redeem as the staff at the cable car counter would not honour it. this is despite the hotel reception staff said that i just need to show booking voucher to cable car counter to redeem. end up i have to pay for the cable car tickets.

Excellent place for family to stay. No need to worry abt kids falling off bed. Should have a night light that is not so bright! Need to walk ard 6-7mins to Star avenue for all food etc. Excellent view from the balcony!

Location was really convenient for those visiting and enjoying the theme parks. Thanks to Karan (housekeeping) who ensured our room was clean and tidy with necessary supplies replenished. He was quite polite, kind and punctual. Front desk service was average with apparently low manpower as the request made via calls were answered after long time. Hotel amenities were average but it matters only if you stay in hotel throughout. For us we spent most of our day at theme parks. The valley view with a balcony in our room made our stay more memorable.

the staff was so kind and helpful .. I liked the location but the room was too small and there was no air-conditioning
